I received my Masters in Physical Therapy in 1999 from Medical College of Pennsylvania, Hahnemann University and have worked in a variety of Outpatient Orthopedic settings in both NY and NJ since that time. During the past 15 years, not only have I honed my orthopedic knowledge with numerous continuing education courses, seminars and amazing mentors but also worked continually to attain excellent manual skills and stay updated on exercise research and practical implication. I became an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2005 (certified by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties) and continue to strive to provide exceptional care.

Whether hiking, skiing, running, playing tennis or taking a barre class, I love to practice what I preach and help my patients solve the problems that plague them in their favorite activity/sport/activity of daily living. That’s why I founded On The Spot Therapy, a mobile physical therapy service located in Westfield, NJ and serving surrounding communities. While my patients respond wonderfully to treatment in the clinic, they often continue to suffer from pain/discomfort with some specific task/ position during their normal day. Sometimes, these simply cannot be replicated in the clinic and the patient may not even be aware of their own movement or technique during an activity. Other times, patients just cannot make their therapy appointments due to clinic hours and prefer or require treatment within their own home. On The Spot Therapy can help patients fill these gaps in treatment by providing care when and where they need it most, even on weekends. And because this service is both mobile and flexible, clients can receive just one session or more of therapy in multiple settings; home, office or the tennis court!
